Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy Financial Planning Team in Yeovil as a Client Service Associate.

Our teams couldn’t function without the Associates so to join the team you will need to be highly organised by nature. You are likely the type of person who organises all of your family and friend gatherings, pulling everyone’s busy schedules together to make sure you all get to where you need to be on time.

Your warm and inviting personality that allows you to build lasting relationships with people, has likely been developed in a customer facing role – this will serve you dividends when you join and begin building rapport with our valued clients.

Your eye for detail means you can spot errors and mistakes that others would often overlook – you will find this really useful when managing and creating important client documentation.

If you have proven experience in an Administrative role and are looking to move into a friendly, fast-paced and dynamic team then this could be the ideal role for you.

The role is full time and will be based in our Yeovil office.
