Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy Financial Planning Team in either our Wells or our Yeovil office as a Client Service Associate.

Our teams couldn’t function without the Associates. As a pivotal member of the team, they will rely on you and your organisational skills to always be one step ahead.

You have all the key skills of an administrator, with the ability to work to moving deadlines and an intuitive way of working- you know when, where and how to best support the team.
Your warm and inviting personality, likely to have developed in a customer facing role, allows you to build lasting relationships with people, this will serve you dividends when you join and begin building rapport with our valued clients.

Your eye for detail means you can spot errors and mistakes that others would often overlook – you will find this really useful when managing and creating important client documentation.
If you have proven experience in an administrative role and are looking to move into a friendly, fast-paced and dynamic team then this could be the ideal role for you.

The role is full time and will be based in either our Wells or Yeovil office.
