Are you an expert Receptionist who wants to utilise and impress with your skills, this opportunity could be for you? 

We are looking for a receptionist to join the team in our Melksham office on a part time basis (at least 2 days a week).

As the first person to greet our clients and other visitors to the office you are welcoming and efficient at providing the highest service at all times. All forms of communication come naturally to you, and you enjoy every aspect of it. From answering calls, capturing and distributing messages, and taking action on urgent emails. You are responsive to ad-hoc requests alongside managing the day to day tasks, this adaptability keeps your working day interesting and varied.

As well as the key reception task you will provide administrative support for the client service teams. As a confident administrator your effortless organisational skills are astounding and prevalent in everything you do. You can calmly juggle a number of tasks, prioritising when needed. Your accuracy is always on point, a must have when completing all tasks including administration support, correspondence collation and distribution, and banking and petty cash.
