Job Summary

We’re looking for a training expert who has an aptitude for and a love of tech for a 12 month fixed term contract. Your role will be client facing and you will play a key part in our mission to help our clients digitise their finances using the latest online financial technology.

You will be working with our clients at their places of work enabling them to use Xero accounting software.  You don’t necessarily need to have any knowledge of accounting or experience of working with Xero as full training will be provided to allow you to become a fully certified expert in this rapidly growing area.

This role covers our entire client profile across the South West so you will need to be adept at managing your own time and be used to organising yourself.  A typical week will find you on client sites for roughly 50% of the time and for this reason we are flexible on which of our friendly South West offices you base yourself.  When not out with our lovely clients you will be offering ongoing Xero support and there may also be scope to pick up other systems to train.  

If location wise one of our other offices would be more suitable please don’t hesitate to mention. As your time will be split between visiting clients and remotely supporting clients we can be flexible on your base office location.
