Job Summary

As a Secretary in the Financial Planning team, you will be relied upon to provide effective, confidential and professional support.

Your organisational skills are prevalent in everything you do.  All forms of communication come naturally to you, from answering calls, preparing documentation, and taking action where required, you excel at it all. You are renowned for being able to organise your time well and be responsive to ad-hoc requests alongside managing the day to day tasks. Ideally, you will also have extensive diary management experience and feel confident in arranging and managing your time and others.

One of your main responsibilities will be audio typing. Providing consistent, effective, timely communication to clients is at the heart of what we do at Old Mill and because of your experience, this is something that comes naturally to you.
